  • Initial workshop - in this workshop the most important aspects of the project framework, the project goals, the time planning and milestones, the success measurement and the communication channels and means are discussed and coordinated with all participants<\/li>\n
  • Transition - all requirements for the migration of operations are discussed and documented by consulting experts from biX Consulting with the client. A service catalog is created, the processes coordinated, the necessary knowledge imparted and the handover of the company prepared<\/li>\n
  • Transfer of business - in this phase the acceptance of the transition project and the creation of the operating manual as well as the gradual transfer of the business to biX Consulting take place<\/li>\n
