To this date, Deutsche Wohnen SE has managed real estate portfolios based on \nSAP Lumira. This allows information extracted from company data to be shared and \nanalyzed with user groups via interactive visualizations and customized analysis \napplications. Increasingly large volumes of data and new reporting requirements \nhave created the need for the use of newer technologies. Existing logics that had \npreviously been implemented in Lumira needed to be optimized. SAP Analytics \nCloud was selected as the tool to replace the existing and locally installed reporting.<\/p>\n
